While each of our clients has the support of the entire Connekt team, at the end of the day, you will be dealing almost exclusively with one of our Project Consultants. That’s why we always consider the rapport that will be created between you, and will assign the Consultant we feel will best suit you and your sale. We will also consider the Consultant that has the most experience of selling in your location.
While we will do all of the work required to get you the best price for your home, at the end of the day, you still need to agree on the target asking price. You also need to agree to the strategy and marketing budget, because we won’t spend a cent without your prior approval.
Yes – you are always in charge, as we said – but we are also the experts, so it does make sense to listen to our advice and knowledge. This is especially the case when practical solutions are needed for unforeseen issues. For example, you may need to instigate a price adjustment for some reason. We are also the very best people to handle the offers as they come in. It is critical that you remain objective and rational, and let us take the reins at this time.
